Hey, I'm a 20 year old semi pro basketball player. I had to retire cuz my knees gave out on me. I was kind of blessed with never really having to work out, but now that basketball is over, I dont wanna get fat and all, especially for my fiance.

Ive always been a lean kind of guy, 6'0 180-190 lbs. My best friend who is a trainer gave me a bucket of this N-Large2 stuff. I look at it and see weight gainer and I immediately told him to take it back and i don't want it, but he insisted that it was right for me.

I'm not trying to be on world's strongest man on ESPN. I work out 5 days a week and run 4 times, so it's not like I'm some newbie into the gym, I just don't want to start taking this stuff and not accomplish my goals which are to get rid of a small gut, love handles, and maybe get a little bigger, but mostly cut.

SHould I keep using the Nlarge2 stuff or should I go with something else.

Thanks for the help guys

Get rid of the NLarge and replace it with food. Solid food. Read the stickies and download the shopping list and come up with a meal plan that is right for you. Those weight gainers are nothing more than toxified sugary garbage.
