Chest Wall injury

I lightly injured my chest wall. I have no idea how it happened, but i've had a terrible pain in between my pecs when ever i contract my pectoral/shoulder muscles or move my arms. Has anyone experienced this or what should I do to recover? The pain had been there for about 3 weeks now. I'm taking off all training because it's too painful to do anything involving weight!
