I eat my oatmeal raw. One scoop of Chocolate Muscle Milk in 10oz of water poured over 1/2 cup of oatmeal is just pure heaven. My breakfast on the days i eat carbs is 4 whites, 2 whole eggs (over easy,mmmmm), 1 scoop Muscle Milk and 1/2 cup oatmeal plus a multi vit, extra C, B complex, 5g fish oil, cranberry extract and some garlic pilsl my mom bought.

Well i listed my breakfast for fun, because thats usually my most enjoyable meal of the day. Forget about all that crap about vitamins and what not that i posted, that was extraneous bull.
Muscle Milk is a protein powder, very good taste but contains some carbs and fat per serving. I like it because it helps me with my macro's for meals not around my workout. You can use regular Whey protein if you'd like, its personal preference. I mix protein powder with water, then pour that over raw oatmeal, wait a minute or two for the oats to suck up some of the liquid and eat away. It tastes so good i could eat that stuff all day long. |

I Also have another question for yall. So your suppose to eat 6 meals a day u eat 300 calorie for breakfast,lunch,dinner and ur 3 snacks u eat 150 calories each? |

how in the hell can u guys eat that. i just tried some this morning and puked. it taste like watered down cereal. what do u guys add to it?!
