Diet....

Meal 1:
1 cup 2%milk
1scoop whey
1 banana
1 tablespoon pb
1/2cup oats

Meal 2:
2 steak patty's
1 baked potatoe

Meal 3:
8eggwhites raw
orange
1 tablespoon olive oil

Meal 4: (Post WO)
same as 1

~1 hour later~

Meal 5: 6oz t-bone steak

Meal 6: 6oz round steak

Meal 7: 8oz skinless chicken breast.

i'm also taking a supplement called Ultra 40 tabs and each tab contains 2g. protein and i take 20 aday

btw, bodyweight is 175lbs and thats macros for all meals combined is like 3500cals and 360-70g. protein and carbs are around 225 and fats are around 110. just estimating. and also my teeth are killing me at the end of the day

That is alot of red meat(saturated fats)

I see no veggies

no EFA's?

What is the goal with the diet?

What were your diet habits previously?

Ur low on carbs in meal 3 and why are there no carbs in meal5/7? personally I would have cottage cheese/casein at meal 7 as I assume its before you go to bed?
