take the number of meals you eat in a week.......say you eat 4 meals a day x 7 days = 28 total meals. 90% of those meals need to be perfect and then the other 10% can be a little more relaxed (this doesn't mean a shit fest though). So, 10% of 28 is 2.8. Basically, you are allowed to loosen up on 2-3 meals per week. |
