Ok imma list all 6 meals that people on diet/health plan should eat so people can have better idea and more variety on their diets for good foods. i know i really need this.
ill put down what i know so far and everyone else can just add on what they eat and so forth.
Breakfast/
Whey Shake
Egg Whites
Oatmeal
Yogurt Low Sugar/Fat
Fruits
Flax Seed Oil
Cofee/sugar Substitute
Snacks/
Anything From Breakfast
Beef Jerky
Chex Mix
Lunch
Tuna/water/Low Fat Mayo
Chicken Breasts Grilled
Lean Meat/Wheat Bread
Sweet Potatoes
Chili / low sugar
Green Veggies
Fruits
Snacks/
Anything From Breakfast
Beef Jerky
Chex Mix
Dinner
Tuna/water

Hmmm, I would drop the Beef Jerky and definitely drop the Chex Mix. Eat some unsalted peanuts or fruit for a snack or try to have a well rounded [small] meal instead. Download the shopping list and read this thread (thoroughly): http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...ad.php?t=21113
