How is my breakfast?

My breakfast is either...

4 egg beaters
1 cup skim milk
1 cup oats

= 510 cal
32g protein
61g carbs

or

1 scoop ON whey
1 cup skim milk
1 cup oats

= 510 cal
32g protein
61g carbs

so essentially the same...how are these? anything i should add or change? I'm just sorta maintaining/slowly cutting and 180 lbs

Seems like a bit of sugar and salt. Other than that, it's ok.
