Long lasting hangover??

This weekend I decided to participate in a little weekend alcohol consumption, and I'm still paying the price. I started drinking on Friday around 9:30 P.M. It is now Sunday at 4:46 P.M., and I am still experiencing a horrible hangover (laziness, tiredness, thirsty/dry mouth, headache, etc.). I thought for sure it would soon pass after Saturday morning, but it really hasn't. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if they know anything that will help me get rid of this annoying hangover so that I can hit up the weightroom on Monday.

I have had a multiple day hangover before. After a few of those I gave up drinking. Such a waste of time.

Yeah if you had a hard night of drinking that can mess up your electrolyte levels for awhile.

You could be a little dehydrated. It's good to drink water in between your drinks and after you're done drinking booze. I always fail to do so and get the same type of hangovers that last way too long.

Being completely laid out the day after and feeling like shit two days after really changes your views on drinking

Same here!

I find drinking a lot of water just before hitting the sack (if i havent passed out from drinking, that is ) as well as drink a lots of water regularly throughout the next day and rest a lot usually helps.

200 mcg of molybednum after drinking will help alleviate major hang over problems. It helps to detoxify alcohol by activting alcohol dehydrogenase.
Sip pedallyte to replenish electrolye balance

Hehe, this is so true!

I find drinking lots and lots of water before you sleep and also having some good food soaks up the alcohol somewhat.

Are these pills? I never heard of these before, can they be found in certain foods or beverages?
