my knees and elbows have really bad pain when ever I squat, bench, tri extensions, etc. what do you think it is? and how to heal it?

Posted by: P-funk

could be a lot of things.

what is your training program like? what has it been like over the past few months?

find the reason why the pain is happening. Look at exercise technique and mechanics. Things don't just hurt....they hurt for a reason.

You aren't giving us enough information for us to make educated guesses.

And that is all we can give you, a guess.

Best advice is to see a doctor and get referred to a specialist.

it is like a clicing noise in my elbow when i do things like skull curshers and pushups. my knees crack and pop when ever i squat or especially lunge. its been happening for years. I guess my tendons arent strong.

Posted by: P-funk

the crack and pop or they hurt or both?

Posted by: danny81

they crack and pop thy hurt a little.

i would try and find someone who can assist you with the problem, like a physical therapist or an orthopedist.

perhaps my form is bad? just thought of that

Posted by: P-funk

poor form over and extended period of time = tissue overload and muscle imbalances = pain

Gave 2 clients
Flax seeds oil 2 TBS, 1 tsp fishoils with some arnica montana, increase potassium to sodium ratio joint pains wehnt right away

Posted by: danny81

wait as in i need to eat mor patassium to sodium? Im definetly gonna try that because today in boxing my elbow hurt so bad i could barely punch

when I train my arms to often I get pain in my elbow, which I assume is just tendonitus, also if I do certain exercises, i.e. french presses. So I avoid too much arm training, I avoid certain exercises ,and if I get the tendonitus I use some Advil (ibuprofun) until it subsides.

I've been using Super CissuxRX from USPlabs and it has helped my tendons out alot so far.. (got about a week left on my first bottle).

I have been taking 1 cap 3 times a day, that makes the bottle a 1 month supply.

( I have pretty bad elbow/knee/shoulder/hip pain. Tendons seem stronger but my cartlidge is my main problem and it isn't bothering me hardly at all now!

I have used Glucosomine/Chondroiten in the past.

but this supplement contains Cissus Quadrangularis and the research I am finding states that this is for increasing metabolism?

Idk man, I thought the same thing, but it seems to improve tendon function. The bottle and info on this product said that, so I (blindly) tried it out. (sometimes I have to try stuff that claims it does what I need) and it has been great so far.

Well if working out and depleting your gluthione which is also sucking the life out of your Sam-e levels then your ability to make your own glucosamine is also altered trendously.
