6 meal a day

so I want to do six meal a day and I know what I want to eat but I have no idea how much to eat.
can anyone tell me like what size my meals should be how many ounces or cups or something.
im assuming that the meals shouldn't be a huge plate or anything if anyone could give me some specifics that would be cool.

There are too many variables to each individual to just say here do this it works for everyone.

well i'm 6'2 160 so I wanna put on some bulk

i usually have

EAS Protein at 7 then Oatmeal at 10 Rice and Beans at 1 then again at 3 for dinner I have rice and potatoes at 6 and at 8. I eat a variety of fruit throughout the day.

I feel like i'm not getting enough food. I think it is due to the fact that my meals are not big enough.

I often look at the plans on the internet and what not. But at my house I don't have that kind of diversity of food. I have the ability to eat rice, potatoes, oatmeal, beans and pasta. Anything else I can't get my hands on. So my entire diet has to be made around those 5 things.

No chicken, tuna, meats, veggies, fats?

Try using www.fitday.com and input your daily food choices. That will tell you exactly what you were thinking. In order to gain weight you need to eat.

I went to fit day and all but I was still wondering how many calories/carbs should I consume daily?
I was real fat before and i've lost all my weight but I also lost muscle and am a skinny little twig. But at the same time I get really worried about getting fat again.
