I am currently gettin ready to start a cycle of Sustanon 350 and D-bol. I am 22, 6'2'' and 230lbs. I will most likely run the sust at 350 mgs every 5 days for 8 weeks and the d-bol at 25mg-35mg/day for the first 4 weeks followed up w/ a pct of nolvadex for 3-6 wks and hcg for 3 weeks. I would like any input on this cycle and if I should run the nolva and Hcg a week after my last injection or 3 weeks after as the sticky says. Thnks.

Fareston aka toremifene is superior as a SERM imo.

Your gear doses look fine. It's better to start pct earlier and run it longer, IMO. I'd start the nolva within ten days of your last shot and run it at least 6 weeks. I agree that toremifene is better for pct.

I'd wait till 3 weeks after my last shot to start PCt.The test will still be working in your system for at least 3 weeks after your last shot.
for pct nolva
day1 60mg
day2-11 40mg
day12-21 20mg
has always worked well for me.

Why wait that long to start pct? To save a bucks on SERMs? A good portion of that blend is likely short esters with a half-life well under a week.

Actually your right Pirate.. it should be after 2 weeks not 3.. I was thinking of Deca which would be 3 weeks
