If there is no added sugars, then I would believe it's ok on a bulk. Stay away from it on a cut, it's not needed. I would rather eat more food of a different nature on a cut then scarf the macros down in sugar filled dairy.

The yogurt is good. Try to get non-fat or low-fat yogurt if you can. I have plain non-fat yogurt for breakfast 4 or 5 times a week (mixed with a scoop of whey protien and 1/3 cup of oat bran. Sometimes I add a few grapes and almonds for some different texture and flavors. I also add some to my post workout shake to thicken it up a little and add some carbs.

It's not so much the fruits as it is the dairy. Mind you, everyone repsponds differently to dairy. My body, not so good. I get bloated and I can tell my body just isn't really enjoying it. As for fruit, go for it. In the morning it's great, just watch it when it starts getting later and watch how much you eat if your on a strict cut. Don't start downing bannanas before you fall asleep just because it's a fruit and good for you. You feel me?

Dynghetti, are you trying to lose or gain weight? The yogurt, fruit, and pickles are okay, but I would ditch the rest. Sugar isn't the only thing you want to look for on nutritional labels. Typically, you want to eat foods that are not so processed. If you look on the side of your Cheese Nips box where it says "ingredients," you will see what I am saying. Look at the ingredients on your yogurt to see if there is any added sugar. Also, the term "100% whole wheat" can be misleading, so make sure you check the labels.

personally I would ditch that yougurt, in favour of a probiotic yougurt and then add my own fruits.
