I go on these insane sugar binges probably like 5x a year. I hardly EVER eat any candy or anything b/c on the days i eat bad i rather have fatty food instead but when i do happen to have a taste of something chocolate it's like i remember how amazing sweets are and its basically all i eat the whole day. The other day i had one of those big cup peanut butter cups and it was all over for me. i ended up going back to the candy store 2x that day had at LEAST 15 of those bad boys plus bunch of twix/kitkat and ben n jerrys peanut butter icecream. I was like a pheen. Anyway is anyone else like this when it comes to sweets especialyl candy???

You need more self control. I have never been on a sugar binge unless I was high, then it was like 2 choco bars + chips + pastries + anything else I could get my hands on. Now that I've quit, it's been much easier not snacking.
