Hey all, I was thinking about swithching up my workout a little for next week. Instead of doing my normal heavy weights and low reps, I thought it might be good to switch to lighter weights and then up the reps.
so basically my question is how low should I go? 50%?
Im basically doing 4 -5 sets of 4-5 reps at the moment.
