-Meaning; a software program that will allow me to make and track progress in any variation of a West Side Barbell type of program... One of the tough parts about keeping a good journal with WSB is keeping all the exercise changes in an organized manner. Seeing how there are two different squat/deadlift days per week, and two different bench days per week, not to mention that exercises rotate and change all the time within those 4 workouts per week... It would be cool if there is a program already set up for it. |
