Yes if you are gonna resale then you will be fine like I would do. But since he wants a Western Union payment first, I can't do. It's a good deal for $60 if someone is willing to take the chance.

ive never used western union but what is the reason for people not wanting to use it? I've heard that its easy to rip someone off. If a trusted company doesnt allow paypal, only money gram and western union would you be ok with that taylor?
