Abs

I am about 5'8" and weigh sumwhere around 207 .. yep bodyfat i know. At about what weight do you think my abs will start to show?

depends on BF%. i Say around 13-14% BF they will show.

Dude, how on Earth would we know? How much of you is muscle? What is your bodyfat percentage? Where do you typically store bodyfat?

DD - it is an estimate and yes it varies with each individual, but most males store the majority of their BF in the abdominal area, and getting down to the 10-12% range is when most males will start showing abs.

BF% hmm no clue havent checked but my BF stores around that area.. its weird cuz i got a little belly but i have big biceps and all that but ya im jw

Yeah, I realize that. He asked what weight, not pecentage, which is why it would be extremely difficult to guess what weight he would start showing considering nobody knows how much muscle he is carrying.

There's a difference between your intestines and fat stored in your abdominal region.
