I have a question thats been on my minds for a while. When I am doing bulk cycles I usually put on a noticeable amount of fat weight.
My question is : Is it ok to do 2-3 days of Cardio during the days you would usually be resting from weight training (HIT)?

Conditioning work is always good IMO. Just make sure you eat enough to still put on muscle. 2 days with a mix of anaerobic and aerobic conditioning is probably good enough.

Right now I am on a Cut cycle. So my diet is around 2000-2200calories a day. I try to keep Carbs relatively low and keep Protein intake high to prevent muscle loss.

well you were talking about putting on fat during a bulk cycle, so that is what I was asking about. Whats your bulk diet like - cals/macros/shopping list
