Ok I am starting a new supplement tomorrow called Leviathan. Also I have some Hoddia on the way. As for training I am currently doing a 3 day a week total body workout. I am thinking about changing it to 2 days on my upper body and 2 days on my lower body. But how will this play a role on the PHA system. When one does total body blood can circulate throughout the body more efficiently for fat burn? Also I will be doing HITT on my training days and long distance on my non weight days.
EX of training week
Mon- (ABS EVERYDAY), Total Body, HITT
Tues Endurance Cardio
Wens- Total Body HiTT
THURS- Endurance Cardio
Friday- Total Body HITT
Sat- Endurance Run
Sun-Low Intensity cardio(walking on incline on a treadmill)
Goal is to lose as much bodyfat as possible while preserving muscle.
What do you think? Please critique!

Are you sure your body can handle workout out 7 days per week? Is it necessary?
My opinion at this point is that the average person should probably do no more than 1-2 days of HIIT cardio if they are doing full body workouts. It is just too much for the lower body to recover from without drugs or superb genetics.
Are you doing anything with your diet at the same time? You can facilitate fat loss by decreasing energy intake instead of just jacking up activity levels so much. Granted, I'm all for high activity levels, but you need to balance things out such that you can recover properly.
