P/RR/S, full body or not?

I am trying to put together a p/rr/s routine and am confused as to use a split or a full body program.......any suggestions?

I say split. You would have many possibilities with an upper/lower/upper/lower.

Agreed. Full body can be done, but you may run out of ideas.
