SOBE sugar free Energy drink

has a good taste for a sugar free drink, 20 calories per can and two carbs. Not all bad.....I've become a coneseur(sp) of sugar free and low carb energy drinks lately as a pre-workout supplement.

Im big on them too. Have you ever tried BSN endorush or maybe a VPX redline? They are quite intense and always lead to a good workout for me.

Yeah it was called Water Joe or something like that. I remember seeing a buddy drink it and asking him what the hell it was.

Holy christ, you know youre energy drinks.

Redlines are just right.
Endorush is a heart attack in a bottle.

I drank a Redline and finished it before I did squats (it tells you not to on the bottle). I did fine, actually I did quite well.

The Endorush...I drank 1/3 of it and it was enough to make me anxious throughout my workout. Too fast of a heartbeat. I drank the rest later at work.

Id recommend both, but they do come with legitamate warnings.

I like the Rockstar or Monster. One sugar free and the other 2 grams of sugar I believe.

I think the Low Carb monster tastes better than regular monster as well.
