I think I've got a better idea how to design a routine better than I have in the past yet it would be nice to get some opinions on my new one. It will be Pull/Push/Legs. I will use my old routine for second day loading.

Pull:
Cable Rows
Pull-ups
Shrugs
Face Pulls
Preacher Curl

Push:
Barbell Bench Press
Military Press
Weighted Dips
Cable Crossover

Legs:
Squats
Deadlift
DB Lunge
Good Mornings
Standing Calf Raise

Suggestions?

Yeah, sorry. I was planning on doing drop sets on everything for now. 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6. I'm not sure on the calves though. 3x15 maybe.

I also plan on doing some ab work on monday and fridays. Cardio 3 x a week for 1/2 hour.

Pull:
Cable Rows (12, 10, 8, 6)
Pull-ups (12, 10, 8, 6)
Shrugs (12, 10, 8, 6)
Face Pulls (12, 10, 8, 6)
Preacher Curl (12, 10, 8, 6)

Push:
Barbell Bench Press (12, 10, 8, 6)
Military Press (12, 10, 8, 6)
Weighted Dips (12, 10, 8, 6)
Cable Crossover (12, 10, 8, 6)

Legs:
Squats (12, 10, 8, 6)
Deadlift (12, 10, 8, 6)
DB Lunge (12, 10, 8, 6)
Good Mornings (12, 10, 8, 6)
Standing Calf Raise (3x15)
