How many calories was this.

I went ate dinner got 3 beef enchiladas no cheese, beans + rice fairly large portion + margarita. It's mexican u gotta have the rita

Then hour later I went and had a medium pizza from cicis meat, roni sauce. Small Coke

I'm still kinda hungry maybe another small meal later lol. I got the skinny genes so really unless I eat this much tomorrow any weight will probably be gone.

Anyone have good estimate on how many calories I just ate.

well i'm pretty skinny so I wouldn't think that there would be such a thing as to many right?

if you eat loads for one day it wont make a difference.you have to be consistent and eat the right things
