I am not sure. I think he had like 7 boards as well. I would say s long as hes shooting around 60% hes doing fine with all the shots. I figured I would look at his stats and see 18 for for 42 or something.

As much as I dislike Kobe, I have a real difficult time believing that he had to rape a woman that willingly came to his room, especially with the track record that she had. Kobe is a prick that cheated on his wife, but I'm pretty confident he's not a rapist.

I do have to say I dont like the guy to much, but he sure can light that scoreboard up. Think about it, hes did what no other player in history has done. That of course includes Jordan, Magic, Chamberlain, and Kareem, just to name a few.

It should not matter what he can do on court ... what he does off court and gets away with sets the standard of behavior for the youth who idolize him. He didn't get a not guilty from the jury because he was innocent, it was dropped because the prosecutor screwed the pooch.

I think this is the worst time for Kobe to start taking all the team's shots. Playoffs are soon and there's only so much he'll be able to do by himself against teams like the Spurs, Mavs and Suns. They need to start getting the team playing together especially now that Odom and Walton are back. Both those guys should be getting way more involved in the scoring aspect IMO. Kobe isn't going to be able to do this every game of a 7 game series.

Entertaining though.

How do you know what happened though? He could have been drunk, she refused he insisted, something ensued, who knows... Rape is more a crime of power than it is sexual. Yes I do. But I also think their offense would be more efficient with a second and possibly third option. Odom is a freak. If he was on any other team he'd shine. I dont know how your game can ever be lacking whenever all you do is shoot. Just because you dont shoot in a game time all the time doesnt mean you are cold. They are paid to stay sharp and if that means 10 shots a game then so be it. If I am the coach I tell Kobe to win it, because if hes off they are probably going to lose to one of those teams anyways.

Kobe's feats are impressive but I recall that Wilt averaged over 50 points per game for an entire season!! And he set other records and had impressive stats including to have slept with over 20,000 women. I don't know where he found the energy to accomplish all of that.

Kobe was still a ways away from touching Wilt. This was taken from an article on ESPN.com about Kobe taking aim at Chamberlin's record:

Wilt also had 118 games of 50+ points in his career, thats insane.
