What can I add to baked chicken?

I usually just toss seasoning (Ms. Dash) all over it, but it doesn't seem to be as effective as when Grilling it...Does anyone know anything I can put on the chicken before I stick it in the oven (without marinating) to give it a little more taste? Also anything I can do to make it a look a little better (lol my mom wanted to know that) Usually when I make in the oven it just looks blah, not as appetizing as the grill (I couldn't give 2 shi*s, just saying...)

lemon and pepper

you can marinate it in red wine vinegar and spices if you don't want extra calories.
