Actually lean meat isnt the best before bed. A good piece of meat with a good portion of the % being fat is best and skip the almonds. Theres your fat source. Ask Jodi about this one.

The best pre-bed snack is a and a slow burning protien like milk or a casien shake. Even a handfull of almonds or tablespoon of naty PB with a glass of lowfat milk or a casien shake. If I don't have casien around, I'll have to settle for good old whey. Just get something in because your body is working off of nothing for 8 hours.
