stopping into cycle?

im 8 days into my anavar only cycle and have picked up a fractured knuckle. I would say ill be out of exercise that involve grip for a week so would it be wise to stop the cycle now and restart when its healed or carry on taking var through the week off?
Also if I was to stop the cycle would I need to do any PCT with it being only 8days? and what doses?

If you stop, you won't need pct. A fractured knuckle will require more than a week off. I'd stop the cycle if you can't grip with a hand.
