I've moved out of my parents house into my own one bedroom flat, just about to get myself a fridge cus the people I live with have packed the kitchen full of a load of shit (cupboards full of spices and dried milk), so my question is I have £40 to spend on food to last me 3-4 days, any ideas, im on a lean bulk I am around 5 ft 8-9 and weight 135(ish)lbs.

Lots of oats and get to the supermarket late at night for the bargains. You know, food around the 'best before/use by' date that they want to get rid of pretty quickly.

With £40 and careful shopping you should just about get by but protein overall is an expensive grocery item to buy!
