hey i was wondering if i lifted hard and exhausted my muscles but i wouldn't eat alot of calories. also i would at least run mayb half an hour. but would this cardio-muscle killing workout without eating alot of calories shrink/make me lose my muscles?

just eat. Carbs and protein after a workout is like going through the desert without water and hitting a watering hole 2 weeks after you started.
