I do some sort of core workout every workout day. The volume is pretty low due to frequency.
Crunches on ball Crunches with legs on ball Reverse Crunches w/legs on ball 1 full crunch w/5 lil crunches within that crunch Cable Rope Crunches Planks and their variations Oblique Crunches Leg Raises DragonFlies And believe it or not..for me....Close Grip, supinated grip, chin ups! |
