Hey everyone, not new here but it's been a long time. I have been having a really hard time lately avoiding injuries. Joint pain mostly. My back is better than ever, but my elbows, knees and wrist are killing me lately. I have seen a Doc about my elbows and he suggested a steroid shot?? I am telling you I am getting ready to hang it up if this continues. I am 44 and going backwards, help!!!!!

It's better to get to the root of the problem than just bandage it up.

Anyhow, I base my recovery time on that. Sometimes I workout 4 times a week, sometimes 1 time a week. I just don't see the point of hitting the gym if I don't feel my body is ready. At first I didn't see that, it was 4 days no matter what.
