Tomorrow Plan

Pre Workout
5ml of VPX Liquid and Purple Wraath
60min of cardio
ABS

Post Workout food

M1= Oatmeal(Plain) w Natural Peanut Butter(teaspoon)/ multvitamin
M2= Turkey w/veggies
M3= Egg Whites and Spinach/slice of cheese
M4= Sweet Potato w Chicken Breast
M5= Yogurt/Green Tea
M6= ON Whey/ CLA

OH Yeah and 1.5 gallons of water

Stats?

Total Cals and Macros?

Eating habits prior to this?

I would start by counting up your calories and your macronutrients (prot, carbs, fats).

Get those and then we can go from there.

Very little EFA's.

Again what you have put down here is very vague. Give us more to help you.

It lacks protein, enough veggies, fruit and healthy fats. M1 and M5 are not meals without protein
