He used this diet when he was getting ready for Blade Trinity movie as well, it was in Men's Health. |

I dont know if this is bs but I want to slowly gain mass but keep to low body fat so I wondered if this was worth a go?
breakfast: 2/3 large eggs 1 spoon of almond/peanut butter 1 cup of oatmeal with applesauce for flavour There is a lot of fat in this meal, and not enough protein. Add some egg whites into this, take out 1-2 of the whole eggs, and maybe change 1/2 cup of the oatmeal for a piece of fruit? [u]midmorning:[u] protein bar What's in a protein bar? Need more information here. If it's store bought, dump it and find another portable meal. There are plenty ideas on the recipes forum Lunch:Tuna wrap or chicken salad What kind of wrap? Watch out for processed carbs in whatever is it made of. It also looks like you are missing EFAs and any kind of carbs from this meal mid afternoon:Protein shake (whey and water) apple and hand ful of almonds Sounds decent, just need some macros on this to determine content Dinner:Grilled chicken/fish/steak brown rice, vegetables and salad Again this sounds fine, but we need some macros Evening snack:Protein shake Try to change this for some solid food and add vegetables, or you might find yourself getting hungry before going to sleep Will this help me keep my bf down and bulk me up leanly? |

[u]midmorning:[u] protein bar I only eat trioplex bars which are made with oats+whey/soya protein about 30g protein and 30/40g carbs Lunch:Tuna wrap or chicken salad Might make a sandwiches with wholemeal/granary bread, and I thought lettuce etc was carbs? mid afternoon:Protein shake (whey and water) apple and hand ful of almonds 1 scoop of ON whey with works out at about 25/30g protein Dinner:Grilled chicken/fish/steak brown rice, vegetables and salad 1 chicken breast/8ozsteak, I buy 'boil in the bag' brown rice 1/2 a bag is approx 45g carbs Evening snack:Protein shake casein shake right before bed. Will this help me keep my bf down and bulk me up leanly? |

Oh, I thought Hannibal King was a new movie he was doing, I didn't know that was his name in Blade. My bad!

I don't know where you got that but I really don't think that's his diet. I saw him in an interview and I recall him saying he ate A LOT of oats when he was training for that movie. One cup of oat meal don't seem like A LOT of oats.

The article that I read, said that he would cook a box of oats at a time and freeze it because the oats take 30mins to cook, for some actors who live off coffee and donuts (if they do) then maybe 1 cup of oats a day for breakfast is alot because they dont have breakfast or only ate a bagel on the run etc.

Men's Health printed this diet with a mini interview with him. I saw it a while ago. He supposedly dropped half his bodyfat and put on some muscle.

It was something liker 2-3 hours a day six days a week, chest day, leg day, delt day, arms day etc.
