Hi,
I am not currently taking any supplements. I am thinking of buying sum creatine but now I'm thinking what about whey? If I'm totally new to this what should i take first? and how much? Thanks! |

None. Eat some good old fashion food. A multi vit and some protein is the only thing you need right now. Creatine is ok, but you have to realize supplements really help you very little with the exception of protein and a multi-vitmain. Food is where its at.
