It took me a little over a year to go from 295 down to 155...but that was before I knew anything about training or diet. I basically didn't eat very much and did hours of cardio everyday. I'm at 214 now, my ideal weight while training is about 205.

I forgot to mention I capped out at 260ish lbs before I started my lifestyle change. I am now 188.5 lbs with a 32 inch waist. 71.5lbs and 8 inches off the waist. I feel fucking amazing.

I was 300 in Nov of 05. Now I am 170. I am very meticulous about diet and workouts. The toughest thing to give up was beer. I think it was actually eaiser when my wife left than to give up beer. Now it was the best thing I did in both respects!!
I never eat out or eat foor that other people prepare. If I don't know the calories, then I simply don't eat it. Also I never, ever miss a workout unless I am injured or something. Even then I will probably just work thru it. Outside influences are tough to fight off. People alway offer me food and candy and this and that. They are not doing it to be mean, it's just or society. I think if I were still married I never would have been able to do this. |
