Very few people cut and keep strength and come have enough luck to actually gain strength, but a very few do. I know everytime I cut I lose strength. Not alot, but probably 15-20 lbs on my bench, squat, but seems like my deads go up. Dont ask me why.

How long should you do what? Cut?

Also alot of people can counter act this by a proper routine. I see alot of people use higher reps whenever cutting because its all you read about in bb'ing mags. Well not so much the case in my opinion. I like low reps and longer ri's. Besides that I let my protein consist of 30% or more of my daily macro breakdown.

I absolutely agree, I had to change around my routine as well a bit and extend my RI's from 1 min up to 2-3 min but I'm doing much better.
