Hello,

I am a delivery driver and I do not have time to eat or even take a break during working hours. I work from 5am to 3 to 5 pm 5 days a week. I need to know what types of meals I can make that has a good ratio of carbs, proteins and fats, such as a 50-30-20 etc.... that I will not have to heat up or refridgerate and that I can eat while driving.
I know there is a lot of nutrition bars but I need to eat 6 times a day and I will get sick of eating bars all day. Besides, they can get very expensive.

So any ideas for homeade meals or or something I can buy that will serve my nutrition needs while at work?

Thanks guys ;o)

Is there a reason you can't take a small cooler with you?

Well yes, I can definately do that. SO I guess the meals can be refridgerated ;o) Any suggestions?

Chicken breast or tuna, lettuce, safflower mayo, tomato on sprouted grain bread.

MRP's from scratch - protein, peanut butter, oats, fruit (mixed in a blender and poured into a sealed cup)

Fresh fruit, carrots, celery, homemade protein bars, tuna pouches, yogurt, cottage cheese.
