I need to find a good list or link for counting my calorie intake. Tough for me to bulk when unable to count calories.

I wouldn't do fitday. That site pee-s me off with the inaccuracy it has...

Instead I like NutritionData.com NutritionData's Nutrition Facts Calorie Counter or Nutridiary :: Free Online Diet Diary

i think fitday is pretty accurate. what foods do you find problems with?

also, nothing is 100% accurate. The only thing that matters is that you are consistent with the site taht you chose to use.

Things that I personally found fitday.com off on was the chicken breast. IT had more calories and fat per ounce than the Perdue frozen breasts I buy. So I just programmed in a Custom Food and situation solved. Fitday.com has been invaluable to my success thus far.

It doesn't calculate fibre accurately... and the vegetables and meats are off too.. [conversation about it a little while ago: HERE ]

So you can see I agree - as you correctly said, it doesn't matter what the pretty pie chart says, as long as you are consistant in what you use. What matters is how your body responds to said 'numbers'.

(still peeves me off though).

Also has anyone found inaccuracies in fitday's daily caloric expenditure? I mean is maintenance caloric intake something that varies GREATLY from person to person depending on metabolic levels, or is is something fairly standard based on age/weight/height calculations?
