I purchased deca- durabolin today and it comes in 1 ml amps of 50 mg to be injected. Does anyone know how I need to take it for gains? Such as how many mgs per week and how many shots would that mean i need to take since they are in 50mg 1 ml amps?

My advice: Don't take deca without taking test, don't take deca on your first cycle, and don't use steroids until you know a lot more about how to do it responsibly.
