i'm cycling carbs then on low carb days i shall have carbs in 2 meals out of my 5 ..so one of them will be the postworkout meal , wich will be a protein shake +1 cup of milk + 1 fruit but i still need to increase my carbs ..shall i add some oats ?? or shall i add antoher fruit?? thx for your help
