I've used creating since 1995 (remember when only EAS sold it and 400g was about $100!) when I first tried it, saw immediate results, and was hooked. However, shortly afterwards, the gain stop as they always do and you end up using it just to hang on to what you've got. Does anybody know of a product or a way of tricking your creatine receptors to allow more gains?

take it in cycles man...the body gets used to the creatine level. So you should take breaks from it in order to get that "boost" again once you start taking it again...

I've found that cycling between using Creatine and D-Ribose is quite effective...

Cycle a lot. The more you cycle the better, also I've been told that drink a lot of water. Since the stuff messes with your system, and depribes it of water in order to gain mass. Or well thats one of the myths of it.

Quote:

Creatine is so efficient at shuttling water into the intramuscular compartment, that an emergent side effect associated with it is that of muscle cramping. This most often occurs when too little fluid is consumed whilst supplementing with creatine. Muscle Cramping, strains and tears are all anecdotal evidence that are not supported by scientific fact. Creatine draws water away from the internal working organs and therefore if you take a lot with no water then a mild stomach cramp will occur. How to avoid this? Simple: drink 1 pint of water with every dose! Water makes sense for an athlete and most of us are guilty of consuming way too little. In an ideal world we should drink 4-5pints of water a day. It will benefit us and also benefit the CM we are taking. The extra water will help maximise the effects of the CM.

I'll need to buy some creatine in thre next couple of days so I'm trying to find out which one works the best. I was using Cell-Tech, but I had to run to the crapper all the time. I'm currently using GEN effervescent right now, but haven't noticed any benefit. Any suggestions??? Has anyone tried or reviewed the new creatine titrate???
