Well, it's aired and no shocking upsets. Fedor kinda cheated by grabbing the ropes and getting favorable position on Lindland. He also got cut and it could have stopped the fight had it made it out of the first round. It sems that he is prone to cuts and that may be hte best way to win a fight against him. If he fought in the UFC, a good elbow could stop the fight.

I also saw some of the Pacquiao fight nad he finished his opponent with relative ease. Not a technical fighter but he is entertaining.

Okay so overall ... the presentation sucked. Highlighted fights? WTF is that? Who does that? Cheap fucktards ...

The match-ups were a little off in weight classes.

Fedor vs Lindland was anti-climactic.

I was expecting a strong display of Russian fighters and for these guys to inject some of that into the sport of MMA. These Russian guys are all tough so I was looking for BODOG to be the springboard these Russian fighters could use to bounce into the world arena with. This is the marque BODOG event and the first MMA PPV event that gives Americans the chance to see the Russians. K-1 and Pride run their entire fights normally, but with half the BODOG matches highlighted it was not a world class event IMHO.

Fedor should bring all his countrymen to the Zuffa offices and talk cash ... without Dana White getting involved.

I'm disappointed

Actually Fedor didn't actually grab the ropes. His wrist was resting on them because that's where his body was at at the time. He didn't purposely grab the ropes and pull himself twoards them.

LOL ... BigDyl every fighter has to prove himself every time he fights. Nobody is any better than his last win.

Fedor was expected to win and yeah he did hook the ropes and had to be stopped from doing that ... but no it didn't change the outcome of the fight. Lindland had nothing close to the power he needed to deal with Fedor and got out grappled by a Russian samba master.

I'm telling ya we need more Russians in MMA and especially in the Zuffa camp.
