Brand new here just wanted to say hello to everyone, I'm 28 been lifting off and on for about 8 years but getting serious again, hope it's not too late, stopped lifting heavy when I got married, but looking to put on some serios gains. Been thinking about a ph but don't want to lose my hair, otherwise my diet is pretty good protein, flax, multi-vit, creatine, but looking for the extra push any suggs would be greatly appreciated.
