i am just starting to bench, but it seems a bit hard like i can only do 2 times with 25;s on each side. will doing regual or elevated push ups help me get better start to benching. also what way is better elevated or reg |

If you are just starting out, doing a weight you can only push twice is dangerous.
Use pushups, and less weight on the bench. It's not a dick measuring competition, train smart, consistently, and hard - youll get there in the end. |
