I found a training program in the past that is a 4 day a week program that worked upper and lower separately. It went something like: Monday upper, Tuesday lower, Wednesday off, Thursday upper, Friday lower, Sat and Sun off.
I cant find where I originally read it and was hoping that somebody here recognized it and could help me out.

Never mind, I think I found. Can anybody share their opinion about this workout or suggest another that is 4 days a week for somebody that has been lifting for a year but only seriously for about 7 months. I'm currently cutting for summer but want to maintain my gains or even gain a bit more until this fall when I'll bulk.

Upper/lower from the stickies is better.
I'm not too fond of the exercise selection, the amount of isolation work and the volume management.
