Hi everybody stumbled on 2 site when i was trying 2 find some info on bicep injuries.Ive not trained 4 bout a year now because of the injury and am waitin surgury on it,if any1 has any info on biecep surgury i would be very grateful.Also i have posted some pics tell us what u think cheers.
