As stated in the title I'm really not a big fan of water. I know most people say you are supposed to drink around a gallon of water a day but I really can't choke it down. What else can I do. I love gatorade but lots of sugars. The only time I drink water is during workout. Any ideas ????

Try this Vitamin C supplement Powdered Drink Mix: C-Splash
I mix two packets in a gallon of water. Jodi suggested some time back. No lousy aftertaste. |
