Water sucks !!

As stated in the title I'm really not a big fan of water. I know most people say you are supposed to drink around a gallon of water a day but I really can't choke it down. What else can I do. I love gatorade but lots of sugars. The only time I drink water is during workout. Any ideas ????

I try to keep the artificial sweetners to a bare minimum but it's not bad once and awhile. Your best bet is to just learn to enjoy it. What kind of water are you drinking and what exactly don't you like? It's water.

Learn to love it - water is too important not to. Maybe try adding some lemon slices to flavor it or something?

I'm not a big fan of water either, but this is what you can try...

After every meal and at certain points in the day take a bottle (or whatever) and chug it down. Then I sip on coffee the rest of the day.

At the gym though I drink tons of water out of the fountain between sets. Yesterday I drank so much damn water in the gym I gained a half of a pound by the time I was done.

Don't use Crystal Light. It's full of dye's and aspartame (made with formaldehyde).

Thanks guys. Maybe I will try with lemon or lime or at least something to give it a little flavor. Its just too boring without

Try adding a small ammount or cordial/squash to water I find it helps to add a little flavour, or even buy flavoured spring water just keep an eye on the sweetener content.

Try this Vitamin C supplement Powdered Drink Mix: C-Splash
I mix two packets in a gallon of water. Jodi suggested some time back. No lousy aftertaste.

You probably have too high of a sodium intake which is keeping the water from going through your system as efficiently as it should which would explain the bloating.

Cut back on things like sauces of any kind on your food, don't add table salt to anything (sodium phosphate) and if you absolutely have to have table salt on something you're eating look into getting "solo salt" which is basically table salt with 40% of the sodium.

As far as flavor... get over it. It's worth it to learn to like pure clean water.
