I don't have a coffee maker so I drink this instant nescafe with spanish written all the container.

It has no ingredient list, I want to know what I'm drinking. Is it just dehydated soluble coffee beans??

I believe this has been posted before and the conclusion made was that it is garbage.

How about those coffee teabag things?

Thanks for response. I would like to know why it is garbage.... is simply because the health benefits are reduced or gone because of the form it is in then that is fine for the time being. If it is "unhealthy" then that is not ok.

What coffe teabag things?? I will look at the grocery store today.

Well, I believe one of the moderators, or someone, saying that the ingrediants were not very good, but I am not 100% sure on that either. So it MAY be alright.

They have these things called foldger singles and they are just coffee in a tea bag so you make your coffee just like tea.

I seen some in the store and it said 100% coffee.

Nothing wrong with. Personally I don't like it as coffee but it's not bad. It's actually good mixed with a chocolate shake and it makes a mocha shake. Seeing I don't like chocolate if I was ever stuck with choc protein powder I just added in some instant coffee and it would taste decent.

Instant coffee is only pre-brewed coffee which is dehydrated.

Thanks for clarifying. I think it must be the coffee creamers I was thinking about that was bad.

That is actually a great idea. I love coffee taste and I have some protein powder I'm not to fond of.

Yeah, I use those sometimes when I don't want to make a whole pot of coffee. I also seen ones by Maxwell House today too, but I don't really like their coffee.
