Ive been trying pretty damn hard lately (past 3 or 4 month or so) to build up my upper chest and have had little to no improvements. I started out doing just regular db incline press, then switched to neutral grip incline and had some improvement but then it leveled off again. Ive decided to try doing single arm incline neutral grips, just wondering if you guys out there had any thoughts about that change up or some tips on what to do? my chest routine is done also with tris and shoulders and it looks like this

this is my shock week chest section
single arm db press 3sets 4-6reps
superset - incline db flies 2sets 4-6reps
incline single arm neutral grip 2sets 4-6reps

should I even bother with the superset and maybe instead throw in an extra set of incline press? any suggestions would be great

Muscle shape is genetic, can't be modified by exercises.

Ergo, focus on overall chest development.

I have actually found DB's feel like they do stimulate the chest a bit more.
