I eat it every day and once by mistake i fed it to my grannys dog, and the following day, the dog left sweetcorn deposits all over my grans grass! I said to my mate that i didn't realise dogs couldn't digest sweetcorn, and he said that humans can't either.
So my question is, can we digest it? If not, why is there nutritional information on the tin? And are there any other foods that are completely or partially indigestible, and therefore 'free'?!

Yeah, peanuts. Eat all you want.

Corn is a grain, not a vegetable and your body digests it just fine. What you see in your stool is pretty much the shell of the grain.

Peanuts, i wish! I love em!!
Ok, so i can smack the smarmy bugger and tell him that humans CAN digest it! Thank you Jodi!
But are there any foods which fall into this 'partially digestible' category? I wonder.....
